The Western Union payees will receive an email with a transfer number within 72 hours. For those who receive a check, look out for a Triond envelope in your mailbox over the next couple of weeks.

Since it is impossible to get hold of anyone through the site or its help center, or even a social media channel, I decided to contact you here. I am a member of Triond, have been for years. I have been trying for almost two weeks to delete a few short stories from Triond, but it will not let me. I need those stories. Also, this evening I can’t even access Triond.com. I just get a blank screen every time I try. I’ve tried using the help center but no one working for Triond is there. No one seems to have been there for a month, and no ones questions are being answered. Readers cannot even access our stories and articles on the sites that Triond published them to. I think we would all like to know what is going on. Is the site dead? Will it be running properly again shortly? Are we free to publish the stuff we have on their elsewhere? It seems to have been too long for it to just be technical difficulties. Please provide us with the answers we need. Thank you.
It took me around two weeks to delete all of my content from triond. I had to do each article six or seven times before it would finally take. I had a few hundred articles in there too. Glad I managed it before the place shut down. I think by now we have to assume they are shut down completely since none of us can even find the stupid website or any of its affiliates.
I’d like to know what’s going on, too… ’cause if my little articles aren’t actually up there any more, I’d like to try putting them somewhere else instead.
I’m still unable to access Triond, still getting a blank screen every time I try. And I cannot access the sites where my stories supposedly are to know if they are even there. I’m also not getting any response from a Triond team member on the help site and it has now been over a month. If Triond is no longer open or anything it would just be nice to know so that I can take my work elsewhere. That’s all I really want to know.

I submitted two new poems “KITCHEN” & “MYSTIFY” before Valentines’ Day 2016. I was suppose to get payment finally for my work then NOTHING HAPPENES! “WHAT IS GOING ON?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” We deserve to KNOW what’s happening to our intellectual work. WILL NOTIFY THE BBB.
